We went to Kenozersky reserve, Kargopol region on January holidays 2018. It is better to reserve seats in advance, at the end of November there were very few places. The visit-center itself is in the center of the village and it is easy to find by the signs. The staff were courteous and the feeling was created that we went to visit neighbors. It's cozy. When we had a non-standard request, we helped solve the problem with the help of local residents. Near the visit-center there are several shops. Basically, all are boiled in a large. And we lived in a hunting zaimke. I recommend if you want a holiday away from civilization.) With pleasure we will return again. We want to come in the summer now.

An excellent hotel at the visit center, the rooms were very warm, there is wi-fi, but the problem with communication is only Megafon.

All employees are friendly, explain and prompt clearly.
