I am very glad what the National Library is like now. I am pleased with the service: attentiveness, compassion, care for the readers of all the library staff, also happy with the cafe, wardrobe, elevator. Everything is comfortable, cozy, calm! Now it is even better than before! I have always loved to visit, and now all the more! I recommend !!!

I have been in this library since 12 years. I remember it completely different - with old staircases, shabby catalogs, tired librarians and, of course, "branded" cloakroom attendants, as if floating out of my grandmother's trunk with old stuff. Now this is a completely different place. For some reason, with the change of scenery, if not drastically, then the faces of the employees have changed quite noticeably - they have become more attentive, a little more cheerful, more open, and the cloakroom attendants, no, no, and read fascinating novels, and sometimes even show unexpected interest in visitors. The library became comfortable. You want not just to stay here - but to stay longer. Sit in the reading room - by the way, there are several of them, and many have live plants or other pleasant little things that make the library closer to people.

Great library. For our city at a high level. Children's subscription is super-duper! A child can both read, and play and jump. There are many books for every taste. Cozy spacious rooms. Many activities for different ages and inclinations. Friendly staff !!!! What was not before. Cafe. Very worthy!
