Because of this, huge queues, usually only one window works, you have to stand for an hour or more. You often come, and the mail is closed and works on a different schedule. They put a terminal for issuing coupons, hung a screen, but nobody needs it! I have never seen the screen work, the coupon, however, was torn off a couple of times. But this did not improve the situation with the queue. It would be better if employees were raised.

Given the salary of employees, I’m generally surprised that they come to work and do something. FSUE, worry about your subordinates, then both the service and the speed of service will increase.
