Russian Post is a quiet horror, an echo of the times of the USSR. I received the parcel on day 2 because of the huge queue (due to payments for utilities). Using the services of such an organization is an extreme case.

Great office! The staff is kind and helpful. It is easy and quick to receive the parcel, you just name the address and even don't ask for a passport. You can get it for a neighbor)

I read the reviews .... I do not agree at all with the people. I received all the packages that I ordered. Communicate as on all mails. And people, when you run into postal workers, then remember how much they receive. How to pay ... and work accordingly

I called the post office to ask about the presence of the parcel, to which I received a reply in a gross voice - "Wait, our computer is busy!". I would love to, but they don’t take money for a call just like a hotline. I did not wait, disconnected. Buy yourself a second computer or respect customers and prioritize !!!!!!
