The post office has turned into a grocery store, first of all. Secondly, when I tried to receive a Western Union transfer, an employee of the Post Bank said that I had to get a bank card from the Post Bank, where the funds would be credited, after which I could withdraw them from an ATM ... Seriously? Do you need to fulfill your card plan? And the reason for all this is one: "We have no cash register." Post Bank, it's time to start equipping your bank branches with cash registers - there is nowhere to store cash!

With a new repair, the last 3 visits for me were with an excellent aftertaste, I used to feel like hanging myself, when I visited the post office, now everything is fast enough and the girls talked politely and without discontent with me, although I was in the last minutes of their working day. Thanks to them, sincere courtesy on the part of workers is a rarity.

Sometimes I want to believe that everything is getting better at the Russian post office and they are turning towards customers, but each visit to the post office makes you think differently, either you want to quarrel with them yourself or someone else is doing it right before your eyes)

Very good post office. The schedule of work from 8 to 20 hours. Saturday up to 18 hours. Resurrection is a day off. Done, cleanliness, beauty. Polite staff, I take parcels here. I also applied several times to make photocopies. A photocopy costs 7 or 8 rubles. it is very expensive. Everywhere 5 rubles. I will not do any more there. The coupons give out the machine. Queues if there is, then small, a maximum of five minutes.

The work schedule has changed. But even the notices themselves indicate the old schedule.
