Awful institution !!!!!! The owners, think about the quality of service! We ordered baked rolls, brought cold and with a liquid not baked "hat", asked the waiter what it was, he said: "maybe they’ve got it, I’ll take it and you’ll get the same," but on top a little burnt and absolutely not edible. Next was cream soup, not bad, but not hot, the second soup (number 13 on the menu, it seems creamy with eel) was waited for half an hour, brought after they caught a waiter who had already forgotten about the order. A huge clump of rice floated in the soup - is that what we didn’t understand ??? When calculating, they did not consider it necessary to exclude the amount for defective rolls and did not even apologize when they asked for a review book and an offer, did not react at all. We left this establishment hungry, cold (the door was open and the administrator forbade to close it), with a spoiled mood and wasted time.

I'm shocked to visit the cafe "Sakura" ... We specifically ordered more than we would have eaten, as planned to take food with us. We are guests in your city, this is not a problem with us. I did not think that there would be a problem with the packaging ((They gave us a PACKAGE, for pizza and rolls ((They said that there are no other packaging options ... And this is in the cafe where they deliver food to the house ??? I didn’t ask to provide I pack for free ... I generally keep quiet about the quality of service, the menu was brought in 10 minutes, the order was not accepted for a very long time .. Tasty, of course, and the order was brought quickly, but the minuses overlap the pros ..
