I went to the FGDS procedure at the doctor V.B. Ivanov. The attitude is disgusting: he speaks with patients incorrectly, the procedure is performed very rudely, inaccurately, harshly. He injured his larynx, in the evening it was swollen and ached very quickly. No pain reliever. At the reception, in the presence of the patient, the doctor played on the phone, after which he did not wash his hands (but put on disposable gloves). I would not advise anyone to get an appointment. I would have known - I would not have regretted the money and went to do it for a fee.

Terrible clinic. The cards are constantly lost, and instead of being looked for by doctors, they are sent to look for the patient himself, as a result the queue is lost and you have to sit from the very beginning, since no one misses. The reception and offices cannot agree among themselves whether the site is working or not. This attitude towards the patient is unacceptable! It's the 21st century, and they still have paper maps - it's funny, it's time to switch to electronic ones.

I want to express my discontent The paramedic doctor Kalinina N.A. treated me. when I came to the reception, she prescribed me a treatment and when she found out that I myself was not Vologda, but at the moment I live in Vologda, the medical assistant said that she was not going to treat me because I was not attached to this hospital, she would not be paid for me, but she would not be treated for free going as she put it just wasting time on me. As a result, my temperature is bad for me, and she sends me to her hospital saying that I would go to my treatment, I was outraged and still she treated me in this hospital. Well, she discharged me even though I had a fever and my throat was very sore. In general, I am very unhappy with this paramedic please take serious measures. And to this she made a mistake in the sick-list she would have to change it.
