There are always huge queues at the reception. You can't get through on the phone - and if you succeed, then there is no record and they say - come in the morning and take the queue. And if I'm from the district, what should I do? Why such an attitude towards people? Why is it impossible to fix and adjust the work of maintenance personnel and specialists?

Today was at a children's dentist. I do not mention the surname. The doctor does not know how to talk with a child, he's rude to children and parents! The first impression of the child about the dentist is finally spoiled. The seals put on the spot immediately drop out!
