We ordered Samsung headphones with delivery. We ordered (paid for the order in full) on August 12, on August 14 they were allegedly shipped to a transport company and promised to bring it within a week. As a result, in early September we already began to worry about the order. We were sent from one manager to another. Until they threatened to sue ... in the end, they said the headphones have long been in our city in the warehouse. But supposedly the courier cannot bring them, the DPD shopping center is to blame. We offered that we were ready to come ourselves. The manager said that you can easily pick it up in the Technopark in our city. The next day we arrived there, 40 minutes at the checkout they do not give us our goods, they cannot write off according to the program. We have a check in our hands, etc. We call the manager again ... He asks for 14 minutes to figure it out, we are leaving for coffee ... we call again, he asks for more time ... It took 5! hours ... The manager calls, says we canceled your order, due to a technical error in the database, the money will be returned to you within 60 days. We spent more than a month waiting !!! Today is September 15th already. I never recommend this company to anyone. Similar stores have never had such problems. We could not even imagine that we could face this. Horror.

Such. Two stars only because you can pay part of the purchase with bonuses from Sberbank. Otherwise, everything is very bad. The choice is small, prices are high compared to competitors. They are late with delivery, especially critical before the new year.
