Не качественный товар! Приобрел Sony KD-55XH9505 в М.видео Воронеж Галерея Чижова 14.11.20 чек №1768767. Были сомнения, но персонал магазина уверил, что это лучший телевизор из существующих на данный момент. Каково же было удивление спустя 12 дней, когда при включении телевизора синий экран и ни какой реакции на пульт или клавиатуру. Ни какие действия с перезагрузкой рекомендованные Sony не помогли. Обратился в call центр М. видео за помощью, и рассказал о ситуации. Специалист call центр подтвердил, что это брак и что я могу обменять/вернуть товар сегодня, обратившись в магазин (имею аудио запись). Магазин отказался вернуть/или обменять товара, хотя 14 дней еще не прошло, сославшись что товар технически сложный и нужна экспертиза, и нужно подождать до 21дня! Ранее от персонала и call центр уверили что проблем не будет! Сотрудники компании вводят в заблуждение предоставляя не достоверную информацию. НЕ рекомендую покупку перед новогодними праздниками, в случае проблем останетесь без денег и товара! Выводы делайте сами! Не рекомендую связываться с данным товаром и М.Видео в принципе.
