Unfortunately, my spouse and I were faced with a very impudent imposition of bank cards when trying to receive a Western Union transfer. We were told that it was impossible to get it without a card. After the card was issued, it turned out that it is very possible. When we, after receiving the transfer (in CASH, not on the card), asked to deactivate the card, we foamed at the mouth began to prove that we just need it "IT IS FREE!". One employee even said: "Why did you then write a statement if you do not need it! ??". But without her we were not given a translation! Spent a lot of time. As a result, the card was deactivated - whatever it was, we do not need it, and the surprises in the form of annual service with interest are also unnecessary. We do not plan to receive more transfers in this bank, although by location it is the most convenient for us. The office is good, there were no queues. However, we consider this behavior of the bank's employees unacceptable.
