My 3-year-old daughter and I booked a room in advance, made an advance payment, everyone is like honest people. Tired of the train, we dreamed rather to come to the hotel, eat and rest. But on arrival we were asked to double pay. A man who did not even introduce himself from the door began to prove to me that I had booked not a double room with 2 beds, but one single bed. Here you are for your denyushki sleep in cramped and offended. The fact that I presented him with a printout of the reservation, where it was clearly indicated that the room rate includes 2 beds, was useless. Pay as much as you paid and that's it. This scam, a divorce for money. I experienced tremendous humiliation from the administrator, who forced us to urgently look for another accommodation in an unfamiliar city. I would not wish anyone to be in the tour season in the winter with a small child in a similar situation.
