I made an order, paid, made delivery from 9 to 10 in the morning. They weren’t delivered by the appointed time, the disgruntled operator answers the calls: "I am alone and I have a client" - i.e. they took the money, and the rest do not care. As a result, the order was delivered at 11:30. Neither the driver, nor the operator, nor the director, who was forced to call, called back. Instead of apologizing for the delay - shifting the blame on colleagues.
