I turned around a week ago, came with the newest iPhone 7, asked to put the glass on the screen. The manager at first long convinced me that it had micro scratches. He tactfully explained that he was in the store two hours ago, I did not drop it and did not use it at all. After that, I waited 40 minutes until he glued the glass. The procedure usually takes 5-10 minutes. What he did there, I don’t know. A week later, I came and showed that the glass had broken off at the bottom edge, which means it was not installed properly (not in the place where, in his opinion, there were scratches) I refused to change it under warranty. The young man is a salesman - Dmitry - untrained, impolite, incompetent.
