Great place to do fitness. The area of ​​the gym is huge, there is all the necessary equipment for cardio and strength training. There is a sauna in the changing rooms. At the reception, you can have a cup of coffee or a serving of protein / BCAA. The coaching staff is wonderful. I am satisfied with the quality of services.

Very cool gym !!! The best I've been to! All simulators are brand new, clean, nice to do! A very large area, there is no mustiness and stuffiness, as in many other rooms! The staff and the coach were especially pleased! For me, the best place to train in Vologda! 🔥🔥🔥

New simulators. Friendly trainers, they will help, they will show everything. There is a sauna, solarium, showers. The hall is not cold, but not hot either. Ideally.
