Small local museum. Two halls with a permanent exhibition. In one, icons and objects of religious worship. In another, the interior of the house of the 18-19th century: paintings, watches, sculpture, etc. all in good condition. There is also a hall for temporary exhibitions, sometimes there are very interesting exhibits. Vereshchagin was brought from other museums, Japanese engravings. In addition, the Museum hosts classes with children in the arts. The museum also houses the Japan Amateur Club. Classes are held in the Japanese language, painting. Arranged events.

Sometimes there are very interesting exhibitions. But the Vanguard is not one of them. In general, like a small room, polite staff. But the hall worker was naughty with a friend of ours, behaved provocatively, although I hadn’t noticed it before.

Been here twice already. At the exhibition of Soviet posters and at the exhibition of Japanese painting. The second time we went in a large company, the guide told about the creation of paintings and about the plots, after which they were admitted to another exhibition of Cherepovets artists for free. The employees are very friendly and lovely. Optimal prices, discounts for students. The second floor has a beautiful interior. I like it.

The halls are small. The staff is friendly. Guides know their stuff.

Interesting. Friendly staff! Very nice prices for souvenirs! Take it right away !!! In other places more expensive at times! The choice is certainly not great.
