Hello everybody! I want to share my negative impressions of this company. Apparently their motto: "Service? No, not heard!" Returning on a business trip on March 8, at 10:00 p.m. buying flowers along the way for congratulating my wife was problematic, and I decided that after all civilization got to the city of Ivanovo and decided to order flower delivery to the address. After I made an order on their fanfantyulpan.rf website, the manager called me back and said that tulips were no longer in stock and offered me to buy roses from them. Since I wanted to pay by card, I was offered to transfer money for an order to a card to an individual. God thought with them, transferred the money and specifying when the order will arrive he went home. The manager assured me that at 00:00 I would have an order. At 00:20 I began to worry and began to call the manager, they assured me that the courier was traveling, but there was simply no connection with him. CHARLES!!! No connection with the courier ?! In short, without waiting and by 2:00 o’clock the order, I called, canceled the order (the manager could not explain where the courier was) and asked for a refund, they promised me to sort it out and call back. The next day, without waiting for the call, I phoned myself, again promised to figure it out, etc., etc., they didn’t refuse to return the money, they just told me to wait. Why didn’t I have to wait 2 business days, I didn’t understand, the money was credited to the card, you could make a reverse transfer, apologize and the question was closed. But apparently I don’t think so from this company. As a result, the money was still transferred to me, though it was already on the 12th evening and after reading the review, I was extremely glad that they did not deliver the flowers, of course, no one apologized. I categorically DO NOT ADVISE TO USE THE SERVICES OF THIS COMPANY !!! Do not waste your time and nerves, as there is a great chance that the holiday will be ruined. But I still want to learn how to respect the company itself, if you don’t understand the value of the service in sales, then I don’t think it will last long) The desire to write to the tax and Rosselkhoznadzor only intensified)

I ordered a bouquet of 21 roses in this online store, as the girls turned 21. The store pleased me with its operational work. My order was quickly issued and delivered in the afternoon. The bouquet turned out beautiful, the roses are fresh.

A good, small, flower shop. Only the name is different now. Never failed with the flowers. I come here for the eustoms, I have not seen them anywhere else. On March 8 stood in line and collected bouquets only an hour :) So I recommend!

They always have fresh roses, often buy pretty bouquets, and roses stand well if you look after them properly! They explained to me to prune with a pictor, then change the water three times a week, it is necessary to spray the roses. So I advise, well done. And by the way at night I ordered very conveniently 24 hours work!

Hello! I want to write about the unscrupulous flower delivery service fanfantjulpan.rf (also known as the GrandRoza flower salon). March 8, on their website was ordered order bouquet "Spring" worth 1125rubley + shipping 200r. Payment is made on the card at 13:00. I was warned that because of the large number of orders, the bouquet will be delivered after 17:00. From 20:00 I already began to worry where my bouquet and began to call, after several dialing attempts I managed to get through at 20:45 !!! I was convinced that within 20 minutes the bouquet will be delivered ... As a result, at 22:00 they brought a long-awaited bouquet. I received it in the dark, and unfortunately did not see the quality of the bouquet .... How I was upset (not to mention the frustration of my wife) when I saw a bouquet in the light! 13 frozen and crumpled tulips, carelessly wrapped in lilac paper ... The photos were taken already when all the main horror was cut ... It would be better in the street (60p piece) bought (but unfortunately for health reasons I can not ...).
