I was looking for a company that will offer the most interesting price, while having reviews and a sales outlet with product samples. This company satisfied all the requirements. True, it was embarrassing that there were only 6 reviews for the year. The price was offered 24,000 rubles. He called the master to the house so that he once again accurately measured the dimensions before sending the cabinet to work. When the master came, he explained to me that 24 tr is a calculation subject to cheap fittings, which is not suitable for such a cabinet format and the new cabinet price is already 32 tr For reference - 32 tr is the average price that all competitors offered. Okay, I thought, I need a cabinet, let’s do it. Went to make a deposit. In the office, the manager slipped me some supposedly agreement, in which there is not even plainly filled in details, so that I would sign and pay 60 percent in advance. The contract indicated that I was ordering a closet and that’s all :-) without sizes, images, etc. Just a cupboard. To my remark that it would be nice to even complete the technical task, the manager explained to me that this is not necessary, they never do this and the master knows everything. Like this. This did not suit me and I demanded that the task. After half an hour I received an ezkiz with a completely different content, drawn on my knee, from what I ordered. Yes, the dimensions were the same, but the internal content is completely different. I said that this was not right, but since I did not have time to wait further, I gave a deposit and said that in the evening I would throw off the sketch, as it should. In the evening I sent everything and received a response from the master Ilya that everything is OK. Three weeks later, I received my closet, which was not what I ordered. To my indignation, they answered me that as I ordered, I didn’t do it and they did it right 😄👍. Not notifying me. As a result of the conversation, I agreed to leave the closet, provided that they assemble it for free. At first they agreed, and then changed their minds and explained to me that I myself was to blame, I do not know what I want. And for all the comments, director Denis advised me to go to court. In general, I told everything in brief, to summarize. The company works on the principle: "Vologda business", i.e. Tear off money, give away any order and quickly forget about you with your claims. There is no responsibility, because if you come with your contract, ask for a detailed technical task, then the golden section will simply refuse to work with you. Of course, not only cons, there are pluses. The cabinet itself is made with high quality. In general, I advise everyone who will have something to order from them, demand a normal contract, technical assignment with all sizes, three-dimensional image, color indication, etc., etc. And everything is turnkey, with assembly, delivery. By the way, by the timing. The contract has a maximum period of 40 business days. I honestly would not recommend this office. Zero customer focus, from manager to director.
