04/15/2019 between 15.00 and 16.00 I went to the Neboleika pharmacy on Krasnodontsev 116, to share my problem and impressions about a specific tube of Silca med whitening toothpaste, which, in my opinion, is unsuitable for use ... and I, of course, I would like to exchange this spoiled pasta for a high-quality other, and if necessary, with a surcharge. I bought Silca med whitening toothpaste last week from this pharmacy and opened four days ago ... While cleaning with this paste, I felt the taste and smell of mold. At first I thought, maybe it seems, but after 30 seconds of cleaning I realized that I can no longer feel its taste and smell in my mouth ... the gag reflex is triggered. It was disgusting! I set aside the paste to take back to the pharmacy for a consultation. Today I took it. And she asked: "Does the smell seem moldy to you?" And you know what you heard from the head of the pharmacy? - "You have removed the protective foil and we will not accept the goods back." Of course, I removed the foil! It was logical for me to first remove the protective foil, then brush my teeth ... ... But how else could I squeeze out the paste and, in fact, find out that it was spoiled? I bought it to brush my teeth, and not to return it in a week with its intact packaging ... And how you can smell and taste the paste through the foil to determine if it smelled, I don't know either ... Moreover, at first the seller of this pharmacy smelled pasta with me, who also smelled, as she put it carefully: the smell is foreign and unpleasant ... And the seller has repeatedly confirmed that in her opinion the pasta does not smell quite right ... Those. there were two of us who sensed something was wrong in this paste ... The manager did not pay any attention to my and the seller's arguments - her resume: the foil has been removed - the paste smells nice and is usable ... Already the manager smeared and smeared the paste on paper and put a tube to her nose and still did not feel the obvious smell of mold ... Do you know how much the pasta cost? 49 rubles! It was because of this money that the manager sold her scent and honesty !!! My respect and gratitude to the girls-sellers of this pharmacy! This pair of pharmacists has always shown high professionalism and customer focus ... Good luck and success !!! They deserve the best pharmacy! And, of course, I will not go there anymore (((
