For 7 years now I have been contacting this medical center on various issues, and have never been upset by the services provided, as well as by the service itself by medical workers. A wonderful center, high-quality services, optimal prices, fast and accurate test results, the employees of these centers are always ready to help and advise on any questions, all my family and friends are served only here. Hope for further cooperation! Inability to take responsibility for MEDICAL SERVICES, while people trust you with health. I passed the TSH test, I am expecting a child and I need to keep this analysis under control, the count goes on for days, since I have it increased and the risk of consequences for the fetus is high. They promised to do everything in 2 days, in the end they took the money, they took the blood, and I'm already waiting for the result for 5 days, during which time I could donate it in another place and get the result without nerves. Reason (!): Hacker attack on the site. They do not hesitate to say this, although the patient data is also apparently under threat. All requests to find out the result in manual mode by calling the laboratory center - refusal. Other than "we're sorry" they don't say anything. The service is essentially NOT PROVIDED, and they do not offer any options with the provision of a result / refund. The only thing they offer is to check the site with bated breath for the corruption of results and news. As a patient, I am absolutely uninterested for whatever reason the service is not provided once I paid for it. And without that I am worried about this indicator, and now also about getting it in my hands at all. I feel helpless against a huge company of "federal network of clinics", whose managers and employees absolutely do not care whether my child survives or not. If you want the same "responsible" reaction to any emergency situation, where you will be extreme and can not do anything, then please wind your nerves on your fist and go! You can only get through to a call center in Moscow, where you will be politely sent.

Disgusting clinic, the staff is not friendly, the questionnaires were filled in as in the FSB, I had to wait although I came in advance by the time by appointment. DO NOT RECOMMEND FOR USE.
