When I visited the Pirogova clinic in St. Petersburg, I was surprised to learn that the orthopedists of this Clinic come to Kaliningrad from time to time. But for some reason, patients turn to little for advice. So I specifically began to track information about the arrival of specialists from St. Petersburg to Kaliningrad. Nowhere and nothing. And today I find out that the doctors came yesterday for 1 day? Question: why Invitro invites doctors for consultations, but hides their arrival from patients? And who needs it?

The staff at the reception, two ladies, do not value their time, let alone someone else's time, we came half an hour before the appointment, asking if there was a delay, to which they answered - no, but in fact the delay was 40 minutes ... Okay, they didn't warn us, they didn't call, they didn't tell us about the delay, but when we asked why they didn't warn us, they started being rude, it's just outrageous, not an apology, but rudeness !!! Very outrageous and not pleasant, more in this institution not a foot !!!!!

I want to share my experience of interaction with this organization. On June 13, I made an appointment for fluorography on a phone call, ask in advance whether they do it without a direction, for myself, since I did the last 5 years ago. They wrote me down, inviting me to the reception, assuring that they would do everything. I spent my time and gas to get from the area to the clinic, then waited 30 minutes in the lobby, filled out a questionnaire, that I didn’t have any contacts with the coov, I had the temperature measured, I had a mask, gloves (everything as required ) But strangely enough, they refused to admit me (the doctor refused directly), sending me to do fluorography at the place of registration (where I don’t want to go for personal reasons), for which I signed up for a paid clinic. The refusal was motivated by the fact that since there is no physical examination card, it is a health complaint and the admission is denied. As a result, I wasted more than 2 hours of my time and no one even apologized or tried to solve the situation. As a result - I do not recommend contacting this clinic until they change their attitude towards clients (thanks to which they exist, by the way).

I would like to note the excellent work of the medical staff of the INVITRO clinic, in particular, Elena Kozhevnikova. Thank you very much for your professionalism and sensitive attitude to small patients and their parents! The history of children's health would be much happier if all the medical sisters were like you! Thanks you!

Everything would be fine, but a very rude girl is standing at the entrance. Impolite, without offering a pen, shoves the questionnaires to everyone, shouts to wait on the street with a half-empty hall in the 27-degree heat. Moreover, such an appeal is regular.
