Constantly cancel flights, drivers do not give tickets, control with them at the same time, leave before the time of work ... Not any service and control !!!

January 7, 2014, we went with relatives to the Lesnoye Garden along the Susaninsky tract with the flight Kostroma-Kuzmishchi. The bus schedule shows 4 flights to the bus station (7.55, 9.30, 14.05, and at 16 o’clock from Kostroma) so, they didn’t wait for the last flight back, which leaves Kostroma at 16 o’clock, they were waiting for the bus at 16.20 from the gardens given that the movement from Kostroma to Kuzmish is 35 minutes, there simply was no flight. They stood for 1 hour exactly, were very cold and it was already getting dark on the street, the Bui-Kostroma flight was lucky — it took us to Kostroma. The information provided to passengers at the bus station is not reliable and the transport service is irresponsible!
