And the consultant Irina started trying to sell another car. A waste of time and gasoline, do not drive to this salon.

Well, okay, girls do not know how to communicate with clients, the newcomers may be either tired, or their nerves are naughty. And what about the managers? We agreed with the manager Marina about the terms of sale of a specific car, about a meeting (per day), arrived at the appointed time the next day to BUY the car, which we agreed on, it turned out that the manager is not there and will not be there today, here's another one for you. (Does such a Marina exist?). Come on, what's the difference to us. But no. There is a difference. Credit conditions per day, it turns out, have changed a lot, the amount for special stages has doubled, and this car does not exist at all, there is a different color, however, on hold, in a smaller configuration. And it is still unknown when (maybe in a month, maybe in three) and at what price. "You just leave the prepayment, and then we'll figure it out." Are you guys serious? The feeling that a car dealership either works according to the schemes of a "gray" car dealership or simply does not want to sell cars. Are you really "KIA Official Dealer Center"? It is somehow even a shame for Vologda that there is such a car dealership here in which one does not want to buy. However, they themselves do not want to sell. Some kind of surrealism. True, what is not being done is all for the best. As a result, we bought what we wanted in neighboring Yaroslavl on Tutaevsky, where, by the way, the feelings after the purchase are completely different.

We have very good impressions from communication with employees. I called the salon, explained what exactly I would like to buy. The manager Maxim, with whom I spoke, explained everything in detail about the cars, confirmed that the car was available, immediately threw off the photo of the car in the cabin, helped to make the choice. In fact, everything was in line with the expectations and the information received. The result is that I like my new car more and more every day. The worst salon I know in our city! I come for the second time by agreement with the manager, the car is waiting for me in the salon and discounts will be provided! Came an hour later - no car, no manager. The manager is like at lunch, although there was a conversation that I would wait for you. I went into the salon, the administrator calmly heard my short story about the imaginary car and the manager, and took me to the girl - the manager for new cars. Immediately from her, a question followed - only this car is of interest, you are not considering another? I ask again, where is the promised car and the manager with whom I spoke? She's a standard phrase - he went out to dinner, the car was sold 5 minutes before you. Of course, I immediately left the salon under the impression that the employees were fooling civilians. In the late afternoon they called me, most likely from this salon and wanted to know my opinion on the quality of service. I told them that the opinion had become even worse and that my review would definitely appear about their salon. P.S. If they are so fooling the common people, then think about what kind of cars they sell. What local experts write or users who put down 5 stars, do not believe them, this is all paid for, or the salon employees themselves are trying to overshadow honest reviews.

We spent a lot of time, took a clean car from the garage, while driving to the Kia center, it got dirty! I'm shocked! How can you cheat people so brazenly !!!!!
