In principle, the technical school is normal, but there are a couple of very significant disadvantages because of which it is better not to attend and bypass it. Now I will list them. 1.) Teachers - in this technical school there is a certain number of teachers who relate to their students, to put it mildly, non-pedagogically. They insult them, humiliate them, give too much material in a short time, for which the student will not be able to understand anything. The teacher can simply take and raise his voice on the student, which is incorrect in our case. A very clear example, a mathematics teacher, Nana Vitalievna. If you pair with her, then you better hold on, because she will get you very much, because she has her own concept of things. She behaves as if the queen of the world, etc. 2.) Labor punishments - students are forced to tidy up in classrooms after couples or for any minor misconduct, and if the student refuses, then some punishment awaits him. This attitude towards students contradicts the constitution of the Russian Federation, namely, Art. 37 of the Constitution of the Russian Federation forced labor is prohibited. 3.) Teachers can select a telephone. The use of telephone in educational institutions is not regulated by any regulatory act, which automatically means permission to use it "by default." Moreover, such a teacher’s behavior violates the Constitution of the Russian Federation: the phones are owned by schoolchildren. Most likely, the phone was donated by parents. So, there was a gift and thus the phone belongs exclusively to the student (and not to his parents). The charter of the school, if any, may limit the right to use (but not property!). When entering a school, the charter of which contains a clause prohibiting the use of a cell phone, you automatically agree with its provisions and undertake to comply with them. But even in this case, as I mentioned above, the right to use is limited - that is, it is forbidden to use the phone. The right of ownership is guaranteed by the Constitution and not a single law (not to mention the local school act, which is the charter) can limit it. Thus, the maximum measure that a teacher has the right to apply to a student is a disciplinary action (remark, challenge to parents). And for the removal of the phone, the teacher can already take measures, depending on the legal literacy of the parents and the student.
