Great fresh orange juice and nice coffee. Had trouble ordering but a lot of pointing worked in the end. Nice place.

The food is good. But the service has never been worse. And from time to time it does not get better. The management of this outlet should pay attention to personnel training in customer service. A girl accepting an order would probably rather die than smile and offer a post-sale in the form of a dessert or coffee to go. The impression that the cashier wants to quickly get rid of the guest, or we are delaying her distracting her from something more important. Words please and other politeness and cordiality of service, - probably beneath the dignity of the staff, but that the employees, and not the guest first! say goodbye to departing customers? -no, have not heard!). It is a pity that the impression is blurred from the visit, since the interior and food of the outlet are at the same level. Terrible service! There is a queue - a whole bus - a barmaid goes about her business for 10-15 minutes, the visitors clearly interfere with her. Finally wait! The cake is given directly into the hands without a container, when she deigned to give a box, she spilled my coffee, clarified the cake. As a result, I did not take my paid (!!!) order. I did not receive an apology or a refund .. Such workers are able to disperse all visitors .. It's a shame for this network!

Great place with low prices. Tasty food, fast service, polite staff, clean everywhere, just an exemplary cafe.
