How many times tried to get through, but they do not take the phone! Why do they need a landline phone? Or maybe so busy that there is no time to answer the calls, but not always the same, as it often called, it was very urgent to find out important information!

Standard awful post office of Russia. To catch two working windows is a great success. As a rule, there is a queue to one window, in the second a postal worker sits and sticks stamps on envelopes.
