Nice hotel with good restaurant. Roads a bit noisy. Nothing really around it so your a little isolated

I am staying here for the second time for work. In general, I am satisfied with everything except the Internet !!! The Internet works intermittently, falls off every 5-20 minutes, it is impossible to hold meetings, work, especially if you are on a VPN network and every time after the connection is restored you have to enter passwords and go through two-factor ... Unfortunately a good hotel makes it VERY PAINFUL! When asked what with the Internet they said that they always do this and their networker cannot do anything ( Wouldn't recommend to anyone who uses the internet !!!

Convenient for business trips with a personal car, normal rooms in a classic style. Pretty quiet. Of the minuses - the location. Without a taxi or personal transport is not too convenient. Temperature problems in winter. It’s hot in one room and vice versa in the other. As compensation - a wonderful breakfast. Better than many. Nice staff and cleanliness of the rooms. As a plus - in the standard room there is a spacious bathroom with a bathtub and a convenient mirror

Room and service are great. Disappointed breakfast, perhaps the cook did not wake up enough, so the omelet was sluggish. I would advise the coffee machine to adjust to a hotter drink.

With the hotel - everything is in order: the room, the bathtub is clean, the floors in the bathroom are heated; slippers, hairdryer, toiletries, bathrobe, tea, coffee, kettle available. It happens in some rooms that it’s cool in the cold season (in principle, it has never frozen). The minus star is for the restaurant: as if everything is not bad, but there are misses. That rancid oil on the table got caught, then the salad seemed to have freed up according to the recipe (though it’s worthwhile to give credit, the staff’s reaction to the comments is adequate). But in general, among the hotels of Cherepovets I recommend.
