What did not like in the work of this institution, that the delivery time of the car was delayed a little, and the fact that I did not see the promised discount for cash, the only thing was given a rug in the trunk. Well, the manager promised a couple of thousand discount on winter tires, if you buy from them. As a result, the manager "forgot" about the promised discount and counted everything at full cost. For cash, as a gift a rug for 2.5 thousand and that's it. But comrades are stingy.

Everything is fine until you apply for a warranty repair. Boorish attitude, falsification of warranty repair documents. Initially, they do not give an act of acceptance of the transfer of the car for repair. Upon completion of work under the guarantee, they slip documents with different dates, the reason for the appeal. The master inspector, during the repair, says in plain text: “I don’t know what happened to your car, call back later or tomorrow”. The technical director is lying. The repair status is never notified. Ugly attitude towards the client. I have already waited 20 days for a response to a claim for failure to provide repair documents. After replacing the cylinder head under warranty, flaws were discovered. The fuel tank ventilation valve is not installed in its place, the muffler is screwed on crookedly, the front right abs sensor is not installed in the guide, the throttle adaptation is not performed. So also at the gas station, when I refueled to full, gasoline poured over the edge under the rear seat. Flooded everything around the car and under the seat in the salon. On the phone, they admitted that they climbed there for some reason, sent the guys, eliminated them on the spot. Thanks to them guys actually came, eliminated and apologized. If suddenly someone will answer from the representatives of the DC. Don't even try to say that everything is not true and that I have not done anything for you. And all the more, do not say that I am spreading slander here. I have all the recordings of conversations during the warranty repair.
