In a cellophane packaging Ozone lay a crumpled and incomprehensibly drenched cardboard box in which glasses with broken lenses were lying around. Moreover, there were no broken lenses even in the box. The glasses were scratched and all dirty with something. Moreover, without a case, lens wiper and the box itself was not at all from the glasses of this company! In general, Ozone then had a "fun" day! They promised to return me full price for this "misunderstanding". It's been 3 days, but the money still doesn't come. They swear in the chat that the money has been returned and apologize from time to time. But the money was never returned to the card. Although my bank processes all payments within 1 business day. In general, I am extremely disappointed in this online store!

During the pandemic, she decided to order clothes. The goods arrived, tried it on in the PVZ (Cherepovets, Victory Ave., 125). I realized that all the ordered items are not suitable and I need to return the order. As the employee of the item explained, you need to issue a refund through your personal account on the site, but for now, please take things home. It’s strange, because I don’t need it and I decided on this. Well, ok, I came home, designed it. A few days later I decided to check the status of the return, and in my account is empty. He was, as it were, returned back to the orders and that’s all. I contacted support (support - until you kick it - will not fly. The stated waiting time is 20 minutes. After 40 minutes, she wrote: will there be an answer? An operator immediately got in touch). In support they said (literally): I sent a letter to the LARP to confirm the return of the goods. You will be informed by SMS, wait. The next morning, a call from a local LARP: come to write an application for approval of the return (sic!). I start to boil, because “why didn’t you say this when I tried on things? Already at that moment I decided on their uselessness, I could write a statement right away ”and I don’t feel like running back and forth. To all one answer: this is the quarantined return order. Laaadno, on the evening of June 15, 2020, after work, I went to write an application for approval of the return. A worker at the factory (the same as during the fitting, she called in the morning), not asking for a full name, seeing me for the second time in my life, hearing that I came to draw up a statement, picks up a piece of paper from the table and picks up what is written on it FULL NAME. The paper shines through and I say that this is not my data. "Clings", removes a piece of paper, finds my order in a computer in some other way and says: let's get things done. Me: so stop, there wasn’t a word about things, I’m here to draw up a statement. In the morning conversation we were talking only about this and the need for an endorsement of the order, and not its immediate return along with the written statement. The worker rolls her eyes, makes her face "are you dumb or something?" and says: Isn't it obvious that things also need to be brought? NO GUYS, IT'S NOT OBVIOUS. Why did you call me? To write an application for approval of return. I came for this! It is difficult to explain the whole procedure by phone, will the language fall off to capture things? Or was I born with knowledge of all ozone procedures? Especially during a pandemic. The employee of the PVZ does not have a complaint book (it should be, by the way), so I am writing here. God, this is a terrible story with a return of all. I ordered on Lamode, WB, Alik, everywhere I returned orders, but ozone just paid these offices in the worst sense of the word. I ordered only the third time, but he is definitely the last. Tomorrow I will take things, return, wait for the return of my money and forget about ozone forever.

Horrible attitude towards customers, disgusting logistics! Constantly change the time of delivery of goods! Whole days you have to wait for couriers, and in the evening, as always, the date is postponed.
