Nice hotel to stay in Volgograd. Great price/quality ratio

New property, very bad location. It's almost out of the city with no possibilities of transportation, except for taxi on call. Very basic rooms. No internet. Breakfast is measly. They are making a killing out of the FIFA World Cup, but I don't see a reason why travellers will stay here after that. Avoid.

I was very impressed by the scale of the hotel, location, view from the window. The pluses also include the presence of the necessary furniture and equipment in the room, cleanliness, freshness of linen and towels. Minus star: a little frozen (November), no kettle, instead of breakfast - a container with bread and waffles (the restaurant did not work) and a "gloomy" administrator with a beard;))

A strange place. Around the industrial area. Until you get to the hotel you’ll think five times - "what the hell, where am I going, we have to get out of here." Room for 1600 with breakfast. The whole room is in wood. Floor, walls, ceiling, bedside tables. Like a sauna. The audibility is colossal. In the morning I woke up from the fact that the neighbors began to walk on their boards, thereby setting in motion the boards on our floor and the bed itself. The bed is fresh, everything is fine Breakfast well.

Dirt and unsanitary conditions !!! They don't clean the rooms, change the bedding and that's it ... After payment we were given a room key when we got goosebumps. Horror, hair everywhere, a dirty toilet seat with dried drops of urine and stains, traces of food from previous guests, dried bones from a tomato, etc. Smoke detectors and a fire detector are glued, hair puffs and debris on the floor. After that we were offered 2 more rooms and they were also dirty. When the manager appeared, he did not consider it necessary to say hello and apologize at all, he smelled of alcohol. We asked for a room in another building and the manager agreed without much desire, saying that "it should be cleaner there." The breakfasts are poor, the dishes are broken old and dirty in places. I am sure that all the ratings and good reviews are screwed up. Ready to attach a photo for confirmation !!!
