Very good ... but the room service middle

The hotel is quite clean, there is a boiler on the floor, cooling and heating works. We took a standard room on a business trip for 2500 with breakfast for 3 nights. During the stay, breakfast was simple and the same every morning. For 3 days, the room service did not enter the room, from the very beginning they replaced us with a sheet, since there were 3 holes on it, on the second day they broke in and changed towels, on day 3 they were not seen at all. Well, in conclusion, having come to breakfast 8 minutes before the start, we were sarcastically told that we were early. But the brow is clean and you can live for this price, sometimes it is much worse, they just lack customer focus!

Marton has clearly deteriorated over the past year. The room has gray old towels. The shower door is broken, the drain is blocked. Bathroom tiles are dirty. Breakfast is a disaster. An unpleasant girl with an expression of "how you got me all sick" makes a breakfast full of porridge, a sandwich and an omelet. The food itself is delicious. There are salads and tea biscuits on the counter, but you are not offered plates for this. There are no lemons for tea, no milk for coffee. Exactly a year ago, there was a buffet breakfast with a fairly wide selection of dishes. In general, I didn’t like it, I’ll hardly book a room in this hotel again.

Cozy, beautiful hotel, comfortable rooms with snow-white linens, pleased with the availability tomorrow. Helpful staff, fast respond to all wishes.

The kids liked it too. The only thing that I didn't like very well was the tasteless sausages))) do not serve them more for breakfast, cook better scrambled eggs, omelet, boiled egg ... tasty, healthy and cheaper than good sausages))) For those who travel, good location, by taxi to all attractions for a maximum of 10 minutes. Thanks again to the team, for 3 days not a hint of a spoiled mood, and when you travel with children, this is very important.
