URoom Mini Hotel

A good place to stay! We like the idea and organisation. But, the owner, something should be done with ventilation, there is lack of fresh air on the first floor!

We were passing through the city, we needed an overnight stay. We found this hostel through booking, and this is exactly the hostel. On each floor there is a common shower room with a toilet, as well as a kitchen area with utility areas. But everything is very good, both the interior, with linen and cleanliness everywhere, and the equipment with everything you need from household appliances and little things for the convenience of living and household goods. I was pleased with the approach of working without personnel using access codes. It is very cool. I will definitely recommend this place, the price tag is adequate.

Found this place by booking. Very good location, everything is nearby within walking distance, the hotel is in the city center. It is two-story. Ground floor and ground floor rooms. Everything is clean, tidy, the shower room is clean. Bathrooms are located on both floors, the kitchen has everything you need (refrigerator, microwave, stove, dishes, kettle). Regardless of the fact that our room was on the basement floor, there were no foreign smells. We are very satisfied. The prices are very reasonable. The room includes coffee and tea.

I liked it very much. Hostel / hotel with family-type rooms. We arrived at almost 12 at night and settled in quietly without an administrator. That's great!!!! Placed four of us 2 + 2. But the website does not explicitly say that the standard room is the first floor, and the economy room is the basement. The difference is 100 rubles. True, living in the basement did not cause any inconvenience, because just slept and left. When booking a room, the entire amount is debited if you order on the same day. Small cons: - 6 km to Mamaev Kurgan by car, and not 700 meters as they say in the info letter; - the doors are completely not soundproof, from the word at all. From the room at one end of the corridor, you can hear the water pouring into the shower at the other end of the corridor. Other than that, just a great experience. Recommended.

Perfect location. There is a planetarium across the road, near Mamaev Kurgan, a stadium. Nice room, however, the room smells damp, the tap on the sink in the room dangles. The kitchen and all appliances are common for 4 rooms, as well as a toilet with a shower. We stayed and there were 2 families in neighboring rooms, and as a result, we went to the toilet on a higher level, because there someone either washed or was out of necessity. Although there are windows in the basement, if anyone has a view, it is those who are outside on the street, and therefore they are closed forever, since there are blinds. The bottom line is that as a place to spend the night and move on is excellent, I would not stop for two or more days.
