Good day! My family and I are regular customers. For three years in a row, several times over the summer we come to visit you. We loved everything from service and design to food. But now our attitude has changed. I invited friends, telling how good it was with you, but I ran into: in the evening there was nothing at all in the pool bar (there was no food and drinks) in the morning at breakfast they waited for the waiter for an hour, they called more than once, but he never came up. The water in the kukoevo, which should have been warm, was colder than in the large pool. The sauna was warm, but not hot. We also arrived at 15:00 on the day of arrival (check-in according to the rules at 14: 00) but the room was not cleaned and we waited until 16:00 to check in. I understand that the conditions of the pandemic have made their own adjustments, but I believe that the service should not suffer. Very upset. Now it will be very difficult for me to recommend you to someone and leave positive reviews on the Internet.
