What a guide - this is also a branch !!!! Maria Vladimirovna is a nervous, not sociable, gloomy lady who does not know how to work with staff and people !!!!!! but she can often run to a smoke break with her colleagues! !! The scoreboard does not work, it constantly fails !!! People do not have time to control the calls of the scoreboard, sound alerts !!! not! Old people get confused, swear, take new coupons, again miss !!!! .... and these are not isolated cases! ! It’s worth some kind of blame, swearing !!! ... and in order to at least somehow solve the problem and help people, the boss raises his head listlessly from the computer and ceremoniously, slowly rises to another office so that they don’t get her! ethics, knowledge of their craft here and does not smell !!! Want to scream, be rude, get a shot of adrenaline; a scar on the heart, you here !!!

Be careful when issuing cards: they may suddenly slip a signature paper for transferring to Sberbank's private pension fund with the remark “Transition to a private pension fund is mandatory” and you may well face rejection, which is illegal and, of course, no such obligation.
