I wrote an application for closing a settlement account, and left the requisites for transferring the balance. Without any attempts to contact me, the bank stupidly dragged out the time and wrote off the money in its favor. Just stole the money! When asked to return the money to me, they began to justify themselves, allegedly for something else they wrote off. In fact, I wrote a statement on closing a bank account, it should have been closed, and transfer my money to me!

Bank services and banking products are very popular. But the service at the branch is 0. At the Russian post office, today it is even better. We came to open a deposit. There was no premium manager at the branch. We waited in line for about 20 minutes. With an empty hall. The management does not respond to the comment.

A depressing impression from visiting the office, spoiled the mood for the whole day. An elementary task in the form of closing a card and account was stretched out for almost an hour, which included several trips to the cashier (at first they made an incorrect receipt, sent it back, then instead of 59 rubles they wrote down 59 kopecks, and I myself noticed the mistake, so I would have to again idle), as a result, the account has not yet been closed, since "their program is not updated immediately." I had to write an application to close the account, let's see what happens. I have come across different banks (Sberbank, Absolut-Bank, Uralsib, VTB and others), everyone has mistakes and mistakes, but I have never seen such an unqualified attitude. No more foot in this bank.
