When buying, they told the seller that the mug would regularly roll over with a drink inside, would be worn in a backpack, and I would ride a snowboard in the mountains. Received the answer - this mug is for you, what you need! At home I poured coffee, while I drove to work, it was found that the mug was flowing and the bag was wet. During the week I brought to the store for a refund, received the answer "so these circles all flow, they can not be turned over! We warn everyone about this!". A week later they called about the refusal to return with a comment that it should leak, this is normal! And do not care that the sellers claimed the sale is completely different. The mug was sold in a french press box, the instruction was from him, there were no stickers with the prohibition to turn over. I have not come across such a disgusting approach in the store for a long time. Sellers are not responsible for their own words, the manual is inactive. I bought a new mug for 1000r cheaper in Mvideo, nothing flows and the sellers do not lie in the face, they all honestly told which ones are leaking, which ones can be taken. Worse than this store, I have not seen for a long time, where they lie in the face and when selling and returning goods, that everyone is warned of everything, there is no responsibility.
