Located in the very center of Volgograd. In terms of the number of Soviet literature, it surpasses all libraries, there is a lot of legal literature, medical, physical, scientific literature of that era. There are few modern books, but a good selection of foreign literature. There is a computer room on the 3rd floor. There are many free master classes on various topics, open lessons in English.

The last time I was in the library was about 15 years ago. Previously, it was a popular place for writing term papers and diplomas, they have a chic reading room, and for fans of reading a large department of fiction. I often looked into the department where books about art were kept. Now I’m not there already, but I know that they conduct a large number of interesting events. Daughters grow up - I’ll write it down! And on the 1st floor of this building there is an absolutely wonderful bookstore with an interesting selection of literature, where you can also try delicious and unusual tea / coffee
