Excellent as an exchanger. But they don't want to bother with translations, they almost had to make a scandal to get the western translation done.

He came to change dollars, a very long service, although the queue was not big, some of the dollars were not changed, referring to some small speck in the corner of the banknote, he went to another bank without any problems, they offered an additional fee to accept the banknote with a speck they all the same will accept it and will calmly give out to someone at full rate, I won’t go there anymore, the service is nowhere below

I’ve never heard of this bank, but when the ruble collapsed I needed to change dollars, it turned out that in Samara this is the most favorable exchange rate. Recommend!
