An awful long time, even with only 1 person in front of you.

Good post, did unpretentious for European-quality repair. Friendly staff. Often, huge queues due to people who send up to 100 letters (there are more than an hour to make out) - I suggest that these passengers at the central mail service. And so the rules of separation.

The lack of repair does not bother, rudeness in the past year and a half just did not see at this department. But everything is soooo slow. I understand that the responsibility of the workers is big and you can’t rush. But as soon as it comes to some girl with a stack of envelopes - that’s it! Half an hour at least falls out of life. So it is with the second cashier ... if at least 2 people in front of you pay the bills - finish. You lose about 20 minutes, or even more. I have never seen a queue at the department.
