Cafe is not bad. But if it were possible I would put 5-. I like the atmosphere and design in the cafe, of course there are some flaws, but in comparison with other Red Army cafes, they are still the best. The kitchen is pretty good. The portions are large and the cooks are not too lazy to decorate them. All in all, I like Monroe.
