Not a bank, but some bred. Early repaid the loan. Instead of 40 thousand return insurance agreed 11. So, as I am not in the place of obtaining a loan, they offered to write a letter indicating the details. Wrote. They called and said that calcul. account, name and BIC of the bank, the correspondent account is not enough. Asked for a new application with a personal account?!, Credit card number? This makes no sense.

I do not recommend this bank. constant queue at the cashier, and not friendly staff. From June 1, 2019, the cash desk was generally closed. Now, in order to repay a car loan, you need to contact another Rosbank bank to open an account there and pay off your loan in another bank. as they have no opportunity to accept money on auto loans. Why applying for a loan in a bank, I have to go to another bank to pay off? rave!!! in other words, I do not advise you to contact this bank and I will not turn to it anymore !!!

Terrible bank. There is no way to pay either through the application or via the Internet. There are no payment terminals. The office does not accept non-cash payments. There is no ATM in the branch. I had to go to another bank to withdraw money and come to pay. Terrible service. The spruce specialist moves the handle. Everything is just awful.
