It was a children's birthday (not our children), it was noisy and fun, albeit a little unexpected for us. In addition, a master class on flower bouquets was organized in the hall for those who wish. My daughter and I took part in it with pleasure and made a little crooked, but quite candy bunch) thanks to the cafe and the teacher of bouquet making Masha for the new experience and faith in our success)

The experience is terrible, I mean the service. We waited 50 minutes, part of the order, but did not wait. They asked me to replace it with something. We waited another 10 minutes. Of course, they compensated for the inconvenience, but the point is different. Wanted good service and attention. Alas! What I earned, I give that grade.

The food is really delicious. But the service ..... We sat with a friend ate, talked. After we finished eating, we just sat chatting, dirty dishes remained on the table for a long time, no one was in a hurry to remove them! The waiters looked askance at us with displeased looks! All the same, the dishes were removed, we continued to talk. For 2 minutes we were going to go outside to get some air, to which the waitress shouted to the whole hall that we hadn’t paid, although we weren’t going to leave the restaurant at all, especially since our things remained in the hall, it was very unpleasant after the waitress screamed at us all the people in the hall looked very closely !!! After that, one of the waitresses came up and interrupted our conversation and offered to bring the bill, a hint was clearly visible on her face that we would leave the establishment ... Which I really wanted to do after such a service. The unpleasant exchanges between them continued! They said goodbye to us only when we almost went out into the street and was barely audible with a dissatisfied intonation !!! Lovely girls, if you don't like serving people, don't work in the service industry! Do not inconvenience yourself or people!

I share reviews not about the place, but about the Internet order. I ordered it on July 3 after 21 hours. Set number 3, price 1300 !!!! The order was brought quickly, there are no questions to the courier. But since we wanted to take this kit to the village, (80 km from Yaroslavl) they just opened the box, we did not try. But in vain! In appearance, the whole set was overcooked and overdried. When they tried, the taste was unpleasant, the rice was raw, and moreover, there was hair in one of the rolls! Unfortunately, the photo here did not see where to attach, but they are. Given the fact that I often use the services of an online ordering Pizza Factory, for me the last order was just a shock. And I’m still thinking about whether to order food here in the future. Disappointed!

Excellent cuisine, friendly staff. I liked it very much.
