Great place for a business lunch. Not expensive, delicious at home (cabbage soup divine)! The rest of the menu is also on the level. The staff is friendly. I bet four only because at rush hour there is only one waiter.

Cafe "Sloboda", a good place where you can eat and have a good time. A great place for banquets, weddings and corporate parties. Great menu, great food, nice staff
