Cafe "Burum"

It is quite acceptable for establishments of this type. I did not experience a boorish attitude towards myself, but I did not feel particularly friendly either. I ordered a spicy shawarma. I did not experience any sharp urges to go to the lavatory after absorbing it. The taste is quite decent. Just in moderation. I'm not really a fan of this kind of food, but a great option for a quick snack. Waiting time for 5 minutes. Bon appetit everyone.

Most of the meat is put in the burum with chicken. There is very little meat in burum with veal, therefore 3 stars. I also wanted more vegetables in the burum, a little dry. In principle, the place is good, perhaps the best in Yaroslavl. Next time I'll take veal burum again, let's see what has changed. 👍

There were great burgers, but apparently something went wrong ... Burger with veal, in the cutlet weird veins, apparently bitter with fat, bacon ... It is not clear. But, like a month ago, it didn't work out to enjoy the tasty treat. But my husband was more fortunate) a chicken burger is difficult to spoil 😁 Cheese chips didn’t save the day, it’s something surprisingly oily and completely tasteless🙈 ⭐⭐2 stars for a cool indoor renovation, chicken burger and my saved waistline, you want to eat extra calories with you😁👍

They cook excellently, I liked them very much and were regular customers, especially the guys coped well under quarantine conditions. But apparently burnout has come. If the institution began to work with such a type of service as ordering by phone and the possibility of self-pickup, then I think it is necessary to observe elementary politeness when specifying the waiting time. The last month is the same story. By phone, the order will be ready in 15-20 minutes, in the end it turns out 30. But today we were completely amazed. On the phone, a nice girl says: "Waiting for 15 minutes", we are in no hurry, because we know that we have to wait another 5-10 minutes, we arrive 25 minutes after the order is sent, the answer at the counter: "We have to wait another 40 minutes, we have a big order "neither please nor sorry, offered to take coffee and sit down, for which we thank. It is not clear what the difficulty was to explain by phone that you need to arrive in 40, 50, 60 minutes.

We wanted to order delivery, called several times, no one answered the phone. The site also did not work, I had to order food elsewhere. It's a shame for such an attitude towards the guests of the establishment.
