There are not price tags for everything, but it is simply impossible to get an answer from the cashiers, they have no time, which they immediately report with a sour face. When the turn came to us, we asked the cashier to come up to the necessary showcase and tell us what kind of a roll with a cutlet without a price or name, to which the cashier unhappily called it a snack (this is a fresh roll). They asked to heat it, the loaf was burnt on the outside, but inside it remained cold. Why is the name of the cafe Russian, and the menu is in an incomprehensible language, the prices are high, you won't even get a smile from the cashiers.

I liked the bakery, but cockroaches in coffee are already too much, this is not the first time I see them there, but when you buy coffee and it floats there is a small ram, all the desire is discouraged to go there

Convenient location in the city center dictates prices. The interior decoration is colorful, comfortable seating, attractive pieces in the window, but no matter how beautiful it is, the prices are too high. If you can swallow a gilded piece of tiramisu, then please. I personally do not recommend it! TiGerman.

Snails are cooked later and later. We arrived at 10 - we were not ready. Now they are not ready by 11. Losing clients every day! It's easier to go to the bread bin and buy a snail there than to wait all morning. They also rushed to coat the "yesterday" snail. Wasn't it smeared yesterday? The service is getting worse and worse. The bakery near my house (Karbysheva 63) also began to fade away. The desire to buy something from you disappears.

A chain of bakeries, the quality does not always correspond to the price. The bakery is cozy. Very friendly staff.
