The bank branch unexpectedly closed, they didn’t even inform the clients where to contact about their issue and didn’t transfer the package of documents to another branch, it’s just awful 😱 😱 😱 A lot of time and nerves wasted😤😤😤

On July 23, having talked to the call center operator, the Rosselkhozbank received an e-mail list of the necessary documents for refinancing the loan (having already paid interest already, it was necessary to take again), signed up for a reception at 09-00 on July 24, 2018 at ul. Port-Saida, 9, Volgograd, Volgograd region, 400131. The office opened at 09-08, but that's nothing. The manager having looked through my documents stated that there is no certified copy of the work record book, although nothing was said about this IMPORTANT document on the site and in the list. there is a reference 2NDFL. To my question "And where is this said?" the manager replied that this is their main requirement, and the call center operator does not know anything and misleads customers. I wrote an appeal to the bank, find out what documents are needed or each "volost prince" (manager) decides on his own, but there they also ignored my question. It turns out that the bank does not have a single unified credit policy, and the bank is not interested in clients and mocks people who are in a difficult financial situation.

my husband, KAWSITOV KAVIBULLA, is a conscientious client of the bank and when they received SMS that the loan was approved on preferential terms, today, ie, on 11/12/18 came to the office. the so-called manager greeted us rudely, answered incorrectly, did not explain anything, and we could say pointed to the door! it's that the attitude to the pensioners !!!!!

In this department, very poor quality of service, the queue is constant, almost always one operator works. Having visited the bank on November 27, 2017, it stood in line for 20 minutes, after which the operator and the cashier left to serve the ATM, leaving customers. The book of reviews and suggestions is completely filled out, all complaints about the quality of service at the bank, the issue of a new book, the loan department answered in the negative. To stand in line for 2 hours is already too much. If you want to get negative emotions forward to this department, I close my account and go to another bank. Review all the minuses, the star just to publish a review, otherwise does not let
