The institution leaves much to be desired! The service is disgusting! Rudeness, from the waiters and ending with the director! They can not serve 4 people in the whole room! The kitchen is also terrible, the dishes bring cold, and not everything that is ordered! Guests in this institution are not respected! Guest they can not be right !!!

The cafe did not work since morning, we arrived around ten, everything was just beginning. Heat, cold coffee is not made, therefore, they could not help us, but they suggested another cafe, where luck smiled at us. Three points for that!
