But, almost nowhere I saw a high-quality (as expected) constructed ramp for a wheelchair.

A wonderful cafe with delicious homemade food, very nice, friendly staff, reasonable prices (you can have a hearty lunch for two for less than 1000 rubles). But there is a fat minus - the absence of a normal ramp that meets the regulatory documents. According to the eerie parody that has been installed now, a wheelchair user can get up or down only with the help of strong men, who are not always available. If the management of the cafe decides positively on the issue with the ramp, especially given the proximity of the sanatorium for a wheelchair user, then there will be no end of customers.
