Not a cafe, but a dining room of the 90s. As if in the past. Everything: the interior and dishes and menu, leaves much to be desired. They took borsch - sour bread and that hard, leeward. Service gloom - grannies - pensioners are the main employees of this institution. I will not recommend to anyone and I will not return here again

The most delicious - pies. The rest is as in traditional Soviet canteens: inexpensive, not super tasty. Cards are still not accepted.
