For my taste, El Faro has remained the best Italian restaurant in the city since its opening in Volzhsky. Despite the fact that many Italian restaurants of a very good level have opened in the city in recent years, Il Faro remains unsurpassed in terms of quality and interesting dishes. And at the same time, prices remain very affordable!

The interior is not bad, the service is normal, the food is of average quality, and the prices are considerably overpriced. If the budget allows, then you can visit, but in general it is better to choose a place where it is tastier and cheaper. I would not say that the level of the restaurant is direct, but not the worst institution in the city.

10/07/2020 visited the Italian restaurant Il Faro, which positions itself as restaurant # 1 in Volzhsky. The staff are friendly and helpful. The dishes are quite tasty, for except for the lack of spices and salt in one paste. But one dish was hot, the second was barely warm. In general, everything is not bad, they asked for an invoice, paid by bank transfer. After that, they wanted to leave a tip, having noticed in the invoice several extra positions, in which there were sugar sachets of 5 rubles for 5 grams, which means 1000 rubles per kg !!! And at the same time, the price of tea is 250 rubles for 0.6 liters, we were outraged by this situation, like a trifle, but unacceptable for restaurants of this level. Visiting another restaurant on the next day, they asked a question about this, to which they received the answer that jam and sugar are served along with tea, they also considered paid sugar to be something out of the ordinary and laughed. After that, the impressions of this restaurant are just awful, I would not recommend IL Faro to anyone.
